2020 TICKETS ROLL OVER & TERMS

TICKETS ROLLED OVER FROM 2020 TO 2021 All Meraki 2020 tickets are being automatically rolled over to 2021 due to the event being postponed due to Covid-19. We are delighted to confirm we have retained the same artists and event activities for the event next year. As a small festival, we need your support to continue the Meraki dream going and really hope you will come with us on our journey and we will see you in 2021. If we have a large request for refunds we just won't be able to continue with a future festival. Tickets are automatically transferred over to 2021 and new tickets will be issued on June 10th. If you had an earlybird ticket with free VIP and upgrade options, these will all be delivered in 2021 with no changes. Our 2020 prices will continue to increase in price to full price this year so if you roll your tickets over you still secure your major discounts and savings. We will also not be increasing the capacity for 2021, so ticket availability is already limited so please do bear that in mind. If you cannot make it to Meraki 2021 :( and have already booked your 2020 tickets, you can request a refund. The refund request needs to be requested by June 10th and you need to request the refund by sending the below information. (Refund Requests Have Now Been Closed as the 45 day notice period has passed) Ticket booking number: Name: Ticket type: How you purchased: Reason for not being able to transfer to 2021: *Refunds are issued within 62 days of a refund request, but we aim to return any funds at a much faster speed.
